OUR PROPRIETARY ZOOM7 WORKOUT

The Zoom 7™ workout at Zoom Fit is a 15-minute Maximum Intensity Interval Training™ (MIIT™) session designed to maximize fitness results in minimal time. It features seven 30-second all-out sprints, each followed by a 90-second active recovery period, with two levels of intensity to suit different fitness abilities. In Level 1, the intervals are set at a resistance of 10-13 and an incline of 40%, while Level 2 ramps up the challenge with a resistance of 20-23 and an incline of 60%. This precise intensity-to-recovery ratio creates the perfect conditions for peak performance.

This high-intensity approach naturally stimulates the release of human growth hormone (HGH), which is essential for regulating body composition, muscle growth, and fat metabolism. Unlike traditional or moderate-intensity exercises, Zoom 7™ effectively addresses the age-related decline in HGH, known as somatopause, without the need for expensive and uncertain hormone injections.
